How to Order:

• Contact artist about specific artwork needed

• Upon approval, purchase listing

• Artist will send contract (most details listed below)

• Digital copy of artwork will be delivered upon receipt of signed contract

Terms (full contract will be provided after purchase):

Non-exclusive License: Provider maintains copyright in its works and grants to Client a non-exclusive, worldwide license of work produced with and for Client for personal use or used by a single client/business. Client may use the work in the following ways:

• On social media

• Printing for personal or single business use

• To create an album, such as chatbooks 

Client DOES need to provide Provider with credit when reasonably possible.

Prohibited Uses of Work(s): Some uses of Provider’s property are expressly prohibited in order to maintain the integrity and quality of Provider’s reputation and work.

• Any resale of the work through direct or indirect means, including, but not limited to: selling the work(s) as stock photography or graphics; selling or allowing use of the work(s) by a third party such as a corporation or advertiser.

• Company who’s logo is created from this single use print release MAY sell work with graphic(s) on them, but it is limited to this one shop.

• Any public posts to social media, personally or otherwise, which does not include attribution to Blushed Design or Katrina Crouch.

• Any use deemed unreasonable or defamatory, at the discretion of Provider.

• Any retouched or further edits of photographs that materially alters the composition of the photograph, such as by applying filters, changing the colors or other means of degradation, as determined by Provider.
